For one of my appointments, I woke up that day with an eye infection and instead of cancelling, she offered to just use my makeup (to not contaminate hers). The environment was clean, warm and overall lovely. Samantha was great at asking what we wanted and checking in as she did the makeup to make sure she was going the route we wanted. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it as well as the products she was using!
